Our services include ABA, Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and engaging Social Skills Activities, all offered in our vibrant nautical-themed centers, in-home settings, and schools. Our unique, play-based model incorporates Natural Environment Teaching (NET), featuring monthly field trips that make learning fun! Plus, we actively involve parents in their child’s journey by offering live viewing opportunities from our observation room.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Potentially, work in our center Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM, with mandatory home sessions two evenings per week (4:30 PM - 6:30 PM).
  • Create and prepare client materials.
  • Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Incorporate sensory activities, arts, crafts, and games into sessions.
  • Record client data and write detailed SOAP notes.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and quarterly training sessions.
  • Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
  • Experience working with infants and/or children.
  • Clear criminal background check.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and remain physically active during sessions.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $16-$24/hour (based on experience).
  • 10 days of paid vacation after the probationary period.
