Material Handler

Location: Rubidoux, CA 92509
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Monday–Friday)
Start Date: Approximately 1–1.5 weeks after offer

About the Role

We’re hiring Material Handlers to support warehouse operations in Rubidoux, CA. This position involves loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining accurate material records. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work.

What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
• Maintain organized inventory and update records as needed
• Assist in staging and preparing shipments
• Follow all company safety and operational policies
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must pass a federal and county-level background check and 4-panel drug test (THC acceptable)
• English speaking and understanding required for safety
