YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT SQUEEZE Demonstrate and embody The Feels, our five core values Foster meaningful, positive relationships with your team and guests Manage day-to-day shop operations, including management of Maitre D’s and Massage Therapists Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain a best-in-class shop team Build and maintain staff schedules Provide consistent, transparent feedback to your team to ensure Squeeze standards are upheld at all times Develop and maintain relationships with local massage therapy schools, professional associations, and local businesses in your community Execute operations, HR, and local marketing objectives Manage timekeeping and payroll reporting for your staff Resolve employee relations and guest issues, while also maintaining culture and morale Manage inventory and minimize shrink EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 5-10 years in retail, preferably hospitality or service-related experience Experienced in operating a fast-paced, high-volume environment Previously managed a minimum of 15 direct reports Advanced expertise in recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team Inventory management and scheduling expertise Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday weekly Proven track record in building consistent, recurring retail business, and delivering an exceptional guest experience Enough from us though, let our team tell you why Squeeze is a 5-star employer on Glassdoor and why 96% of our team would recommend us as a great place to work :
