Comprehensive Autism Center (CAC) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs / RBTs) to provide behavioral intervention for children ages 1 to 22 in home, preschool, and community settings.

What You'll Do :

Deliver 1 : 1 behavioral instruction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a child’s natural environment. You'll receive extensive initial and ongoing training, and work across developmental areas while collecting data to build skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning.

Availability Needed :

Sessions occur between 8 AM – 7 PM , based on your selected days.

RBT Certification Support :

After training, eligible BTs can sit for the RBT exam with one test fee reimbursed . Those in good standing are offered advancement opportunities through CAC’s RBT career pathway.

Pay : $23.00-$27.00

What We’re Looking For :

Interest in learning ABA

Energetic and passionate about working with children

Dependable team player

Aspiring professionals in education, psychology, or teaching

High school diploma or equivalent required

Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license

Able to lift / pull up to 50 lbs

Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required
