You’ll own the hiring funnel end-to-end, from writing irresistible job ads to running paid trial engagements, ensuring we bring on the best engineers in the business. At Jump, hiring isn’t a side task—it’s the task. We believe the best team wins, and we want you to help make our process the best in the industry.
Our hiring process:
• 40-minute screening exercise (demonstrate proficiency to judge the quality of candidates’ code).
• 30-minute chat with our CTO.
• A paid week working with us to help hire engineers.

• Recently raised a $20M Series-A with very low burn.
• Health/Dental/Vision insurance.

• Generous PTO (approximately 4 weeks, flexible and untracked).
• Salary range: $150k–$240k per year, depending on experience.
• Based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
• Fully remote is okay, though occasional fly-ins are appreciated.
