Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen with a Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • 12+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience across relevant modules
  • 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Field Service pillars
  • Deep understanding of data migration strategies, configurations, and reporting solutions
  • Experience in both federal and commercial environments highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Certification (, SCM, Financials, Field Service)
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ADF, or PaaS tools
  • Knowledge of DOE, DOD, or other federal compliance/security frameworks
  • Experience with OBIEE and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
