Copywriter (Marketing)

About the Role

Our agency thrives on creating high-performing performance marketing campaigns for healthcare clients. We’re looking for a marketing copywriter to join our creative team and help us achieve exceptional results. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging copy across various digital channels designed to educate, engage, and convert patients for our healthcare clients.

True North Agency remains a highly remote-friendly culture and is proud to employ incredible people across the country. This Position is 100% Remote, in the U.S. only, and must be able to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with designers to create conceptual ideas and execute high-quality content and visuals across diverse healthcare marketing channels and campaigns, including:Campaign concept developmentSocial media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for patient acquisition and awarenessCampaign conversion and awareness landing pagesEmail marketing campaigns for patient engagement and educationWebsite content (optimized for SEO) for specific healthcare services and conditionsVideo content ideation, script development
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, data analysts, and healthcare client stakeholders to understand and interpret goals and KPIs into copy
• Research specific health conditions, treatments, and patient journeys to create accurate and informative copyCraft clear, concise, and empathetic copy that resonates with patients and drives desired actions (e.g., booking appointments, downloading resources)Ensure all copy adheres to brand voice and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience writing copy for marketing or a related field
• Agency experience preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Proven ability to write clear, concise copy
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for healthcare websites is a plus
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis is a plus
• Excellent research and information synthesis skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for healthcare and a genuine desire to improve patient outcomes
