Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The Clinical PI/PM Manager will manage a portfolio that includes high priority clinical integration efforts. This will include using project/portfolio management and continuous improvement skills in order to guide and work on quality improvement projects within the portfolio. The clinical PI/PM Manager will mentor and train others in project/portfolio management and quality improvement methodologies. The role will lead and direct work of others. Responsibilities Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals. Oversees the portfolio of clinical integration work under the supervision of the Exec Director of Clinical Integration. This includes but is not limited to: understanding and guiding development of annual quality targets, understanding and guiding prioritization, selection, and implementation of projects in support of achieving annual targets, and supervising the successful ongoing operations of multi-hospital, multi-disciplinary clinical subgroups to support continued information exchange. Engages in value-based care efforts as directed by the Executive Director of Clinical Integration. Directly engages in the more complex project work within the CCE?s Clinical Integration portfolio and in the exploratory and evaluative work for a variety of ad hoc clinical quality/strategy efforts within the CCE?s Clinical Advisory Group. Represents the Clinical Advisory Group in system working groups/leadership groups as needed.
