Overnight Caregiver

At Home Instead, our mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families by providing the highest level of care and support. We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Professional Caregiver to join our team who is interested in working overnights with Clients between the hours of 10:00pm-8:00am.

In this role, you will:

• Provide top-level non-medical care for seniors, helping them live safely and independently in their homes.
• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are consistently met.
• Assist with their personal care needs including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with their daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation
• Offer companionship and emotional support, including for seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia

We need someone who is:

• Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and their families.
• Committed to being a regular and reliable presence in our clients' lives, building long-term relationships based on trust and care.
• Eager to grow their profession as a caregiver, continuously improving their skills and knowledge.
• Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine desire to enhance the quality of life for aging adults.
• Looking to put the CARE in their CAREER - not "just a job!"

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and car insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Be at least 21 years old
