#LI-CM2 Technical / Functional Skills 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies. 3. Proven experience in a leadership or technical leadership role, overseeing a team of developers. 4. In-depth knowledge of .NET framework, C#, , , C++ and related technologies. 5. Experience with modern web development frameworks such as Core, Angular, or React. 6. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 8. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 9. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum or Kanban. 10. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Identify and resolve technical challenges and performance bottlenecks, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the .NET ecosystem, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate. 8. Support project planning and estimation activities, providing technical insights and expertise. 9. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the development team. 10. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
