Het is een afwisselende rol waarin je zowel zelfstandig aan de slag gaat als nauw samenwerkt met je HR-collega’s. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het stroomlijnen van processen en hebt direct invloed op de medewerkerservaring binnen de organisatie.
Als HR Medewerker werk je samen met de HR Adviseur en een HR-collega. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele wervings- en selectieproces én pakt diverse HR-administratieve taken op. Een uitdagende combinatie waarin geen dag hetzelfde is.
