Earn a competitive base salary of up to $100,000 annually, depending on your experience.
As a Clinic Director, you’ll have the opportunity to maximize your earnings through our performance-based bonus program where you determine how much you earn.

What We're Looking For… Skills and Knowledge:
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Operations and leadership skills to develop team members for future opportunities. · Excellent organizational and maximizing skills. · Advanced computer skills to include MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. · Very proficient teaching EMR software systems · Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Education and Experience: · Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program. · Current state Physical Therapist license. · Three to five years of clinical experience, with a passion for healthcare leadership and small business development. · Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. · Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
Work Environment:
- · Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance. · Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs). · Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
