Supervise Team Leads - Imaging and Technician I - Imaging, including all functions associated with Document Processing.
Monitors performance, writes performance appraisals and provides disciplinary actions as needed of assigned staff.
Trains, motivates and evaluates performance of imaging staff.
Monitors workload and coordinates schedules.
Consistently and effectively communicates with the Sr. Manager - Enrollment / Eligibility on performance standard levels.
Reviews the work of specialists to ensure accuracy of all records.
Ensures staff maintains updated knowledge of the program.
Provides the Sr. Manager - Enrollment / Eligibility with updates on all issues regarding quality, training, policy, procedures, and staff issues.
Meets all standards established for this position as outlined in the attached performance criteria.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
Hours : 7 : 30am - 4pm
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college oruniversity, or one-to-three years supervisory experience in a health or social services field
Two years prior experience in data entry
Ability to demonstrate supervisory and leadership skills
Computer literacy
Ability to follow directions
Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
