As an Art Director, you will be executing creative for multiple marketing programs that sit within the
Loyalty and CRM pillar. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for helping
concept and implement campaigns that drive client acquisition and retention across multiple channels.
You will also collaborate with internal teams as well as outside agencies. In addition, you will:
Duties and Responsibilities Time Spent
• Support Associate Crea/ve Director in research and developing strategic
marke/ng campaign concepts to provide crea/ve solu/ons that meets business
objec/ves.
• Build concept boards across mul/ple channels to visualize concept.
• Art direct designers, photographers, and stylists to execute crea/ve.
• Work with outside illustrators and mo/on designers to execute crea/ve.
• Manage projects and designers to meet deadlines.
• Present crea/ve in various seEngs.
• Partner closely with Editorial, Content Produc/on and Marke/ng to develop and
deliver crea/ve for robust 360 client experience.
• Foster exis/ng rela/onships with cross-func/onal partners.

Education Certification and Licenses
Graphic Design or Communication Design BA or BFA preferred
Competencies and Skills
• Experience in retail or hospitality Loyalty/CRM programs a bonus
• People management experience; with at least 2 directs
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe programs: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Proficient knowledge of print processes and file prepara/on for print
• Solid organiza/onal skills, detail-oriented; /me management skills, ability to juggle priori/es during
ambiguous and/or changing circumstances.
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very /ght deadlines
• Self-motivated, able to drive tasks to successful completion on own
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to lead a project from start to finish
• Strong rela/onship-building skills; ability to collaborate and work with a variety of people in various
disciplines.
• Strong presenta/on skills and communica/on skills, both wriUen and verbal
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $ to $ an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
