ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000, and today I have a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked in medical sales and later spent a few years as a claims adjuster, which ultimately led me into agency life.

I hold a Business Management degree and my CHFC designation. Fitness is a big part of my life — I enjoy working out, spending time with my wife, kids, and grandkids, and getting out on the golf course whenever I can.

I offer several perks, including a four-day workweek after one year, a Simple IRA, and full licensing reimbursement.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Brown - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
