Job Description
This is a hybrid position at our Miami Lakes, FL office SUMMARY: The Sr. Business Data Analyst (SBDA) is a critical function within the Advisory & Strategic Initiatives Management (ASIM) division that reports directly to the Business Risk Advisory Officer. The SBDA primarily supports all First Line of Defense (FLOD) risk management activities carried out by the Business Risk Officer while also supporting the data analytics needs of the ASIM division. The SBDA will assist in identifying, evaluating, and monitoring numerous risk taxonomies as it relates to the various strategic initiatives undergone by the Bank. This role works closely with front-line bankers and line of business personnel to execute this mandate as well as second-line risk management colleagues. This role is responsible for leveraging data analytics to support the bank's risk management strategy. This role involves applying advanced data analysis and statistical techniques to evaluate risk across various first-line business units, enhance predictive modeling, and improve decision-making processes.
