The core responsibilities of this role include : Manual loading / unloading of trailers and unit picking using electric forklift and electric clamp. (Forklift operation will be 40% or less of shift at times)

Position : Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

Shift : 2 : 00PM to 10 : 30PM - Monday to Friday, Overtime as needed including possible weekends

Pay : $20.00 per hour + $1.00 Shift differential

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and / or experience : Minimum of 1 year forklift experience with stand-up reach, or sit down forklift, ability to follow work procedures and safety rules, ability to count all product for both inbound and outbound. Research all inventory location problems (mystery pallets, inventory errors, etc.) Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and / or sit throughout the shift times.

Role Purpose :

What will you do in this role? Our Forklift Operators are responsible for moving stock from one area to another within our warehouse environment. You’ll load and unload shipments of various sizes, and you may use certain types of equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks.Our environment is team oriented, fast paced and safety focused.
