  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field of domestic violence intervention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate group and individual sessions for participants, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that encourages open communication and personal reflection.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants to identify their needs, motivations, and barriers to change.
  • Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies that address the unique circumstances of each participant while adhering to the best practices in domestic violence intervention.
  • Monitor participant progress and provide ongoing feedback, support, and accountability throughout the program.
  • Collaborate with community resources and partner organizations to ensure comprehensive support for participants, including referrals to additional services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of participant attendance, progress, and outcomes in compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.
  • Attend regular training and professional development sessions to stay informed of the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in domestic violence intervention.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of program delivery and participant outcomes.
  • Cross-train in various departmental functions to enhance operational flexibility and support team efficiency.
