What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver excellent guest service and uphold Dunkin’s high standards
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, labor control, and training
• Foster a positive, team-first culture while holding team members accountable
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance standards
• Drive profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency
• Support marketing efforts and local promotions to grow sales

What You Bring

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to recruit, train, and retain great team members
• A passion for guest service and creating a positive team culture
• Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older
