Job Title: Cultivation Technician
Pay: $19-20 / hour
Job Location: 12 Latti Farm Road, Millbury, MA
Expected Hours: 40 hours / week | Monday - Friday (8:00am-4:00pm)

Primary Responsibilities:
●Daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning and trimming
●Inspecting the plants
●Participating in cannabis harvest process including offloading, harvesting, and sanitizing
●Reloading flower rooms, milling and destruction of cannabis waste
●Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery
●Disposing of waste according to strict compliance guidelines
●Hanging harvested materials and transporting hangers to racks
●Accurately weighing and recording post-harvest materials
●Participate in post-harvest activities such as drying, curing, destemming, and trimming
●Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process
●Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures

Job Requirements and Preferences

●Must be 21+ or older
●At least one year experience working in a cannabis cultivation environment is preferred
●Experience in a hands-on, fast paced environment
●Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness
●Experience adhering to strict state compliance laws and company SOPs
●Excellent attention to detail
●Ability to move, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds
●Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus
●Ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements
●Professional and respectful attitude towards others
●High school diploma or equivalent
