What You'll Be Focused On

• Selling maintenance-driven work (by time, mileage, and condition)
• Alignments, suspension, tires, brakes, fluids, and factory-recommended services
• Building and growing your own book of business
• Confidently walking customers through needed work using clear, simple communication
• Working with technicians you trust and systems that support speed and consistency
• Maintaining strong CSI by doing what you say you're going to do

This role is for someone who enjoys instant gratification, measurable results, and being recognized for performance.
