If you are a hospital medicine physician interested in picking up extra shifts in the Kansas City metro, TeamHealth has a great opportunity just for you. Our program at AdventHealth South Overland Park, a new hospital which opened in October 2021, is expanding our PRN physician bench to ensure we have clinician patient coverage when needed. This position offers a high degree of autonomy. We prefer to hire colleagues who are comfortable working independently and with an open ICU. Candidates with hospital medicine practice experience and a current Kansas medical license and DEA are encouraged to apply! AdventHealth South Overland Park
AdventHealth South Overland Park, located at 165th and Antioch in the Bluhawk development, is a new Hospital that opened in October 2021. The 193,000 square-foot inpatient hospital is designed to provide patients with access to a full suite of medical and emergency services. The growing campus includes a new birth center, surgical services, intensive care unit, heart care and more. The new hospital expands upon the emergency services, medical offices and imaging are already available and serving patients at the South Overland Park location.
