Job Summary: We are supporting a role that focuses on process development, project management, and technical execution within a collaborative manufacturing environment. Our team is looking for someone who can help plan, execute, document, and analyze studies that support characterization, validation, and technology transfer activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, execution, and documentation of process development, characterization, process validation, and technology transfer activities.
• Execute laboratory- and production-scale experiments, including protocol preparation, experimental setup, data collection, and analysis support.
• Author, review, and data-verify technical documents such as protocols, assessments, reports, procedures, and guidance documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project activities, communicate risks or delays, and support manufacturing-scale characterization and validation runs.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, or a recent master’s degree with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with software tools beyond Microsoft Office, such as SAP or Smartsheet; ability to learn additional tools on the job.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, critical thinking, scientific and technical execution, accountability, and time management.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret technical data using tools such as Minitab, JMP, or similar software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, maintain accurate records, follow instructions, comply with company policies, and support process development or manufacturing activities.
