About the Role


We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing home-service team.


This position plays an important role in making sure customers receive fast, professional service and that information is communicated accurately between the office and field teams.


The right person will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, solving problems, and taking ownership of customer needs from start to finish.


What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Assist customers with questions, changes, and concerns
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
• Monitor incoming customer requests and make sure they are handled promptly
• Follow up on missed, incomplete, or unresolved customer opportunities
• Help maintain an accurate and efficient service schedule
• Communicate schedule changes and important information to customers
• Work closely with dispatch, technicians, sales, and installation teams
• Assist with membership scheduling and customer follow-up
• Support outbound customer-service and scheduling campaigns
• Help identify and resolve issues before they become larger problems
• Cross-train in other office and customer-service responsibilities as needed

• Call center
• Scheduling or dispatch
• Administrative or office work
• Home-service, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar industries

Industry experience is helpful, but we are more interested in finding someone with strong judgment, communication skills, work ethic, and attention to detail.
