This high-volume investment management organization seeks a motivated, detail-oriented, people-person to assist with all aspects of client service within their service team.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on each client experience and connect on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful
• Identify activities, processes, and opportunities to improve the client experience
• Work closely with Investment Advisors to support business development activities and assist in the building of investment plans based on the client’s profile, goals, and risk/reward tolerance
• Client account documentation and reporting
• Internal and external money movement
• Directly engage with high-net-worth clients to offer support, uncover business opportunities, and proactively improve the client experience
• Other duties as required by the role

Qualifications:

• You have current accreditation of Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct & Practice Handbook (CPH), and Investment Representative (IR) licensing
• It’s an asset if you have a Registered Representative (RR) licensing
• Have 3+ years of Financial Services and/or Brokerage industry experience
• Exceptional verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced or intermediate use of Excel
• Previous wealth management experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to attend to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, and exercise extreme discretion
