We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Kids Club Attendants, catering to the youngest members of our fitness community.
Position Overview
As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and positive and engaging experience for the little ones visiting Gold's Gym PNW. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for working with children and aspire to contribute to the well-being of our "future body builders."
Key Responsibilities
- Child care: Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 mo to 12 years old while their parents enjoy their workout.
- Engagement: Organize and facilitate age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts to keep children entertained and active.
- Safety First: Ensure the well-being of all children by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and sanitized play area.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with parents regarding their child's activities, behavior, and any special instructions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow Kids Club Attendants and gym staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least age 18.
- Passion for working with children and creating a positive and fun atmosphere.
- Basic understanding of child development and safety practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits
- $17.13 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience
