Salary: $110,000–$160,000 | Full-Time
A reputable and growing CPA firm in the Salt Lake City area is looking to add an experienced Tax Manager to its team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative firm that values client relationships, professional growth, and high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee tax preparation, compliance, and filing for a diverse client base.
- Develop tax planning strategies to minimize client tax liabilities.
- Review complex tax returns and research technical tax issues.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic tax guidance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
- Manage multiple engagements and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 5+ years of public accounting experience.
- CPA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $110,000–$160,000, depending on experience.
