Spa 23 is looking for inspired part time - full time Personal Trainers / Health Coaches to work in our 40,000 square foot facility located in Pompton Plains New Jersey. Applicants should live relatively close to our facility and be very passionate about health and fitness. Candidates should be reliable, professional and self starters. This position involves training clients one on one in addition to conducting our specialized group training sessions including Crossfit and our Optimal Wellness group sessions.

Requirements:
Current Valid Personal Training Certification from an accredited industry organization
Sports, fitness or athletic background
Strong communication, relationship and sales skills
Punctuality
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
CPR / AED Certified.

Skills:
Ability to create and develop individualized workout programs based upon health history, FMS Screening, physical condition and goals.

Requirements:
Ability to commit to part time / full time schedule
Attend monthly staff and weekly one on one development meetings
Assist with fitness floor upkeep and cleanliness
Ability to grow and build your book of business
