Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our Biblically-based curriculum, fostering a love for learning.
• Cultivate a warm and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Collaborate with families to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's educational journey.
• Observe and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their development.
• Encourage creativity and curiosity through hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing insights and updates on their child's growth.
• Support the social and emotional development of each child, promoting positive interactions and self-confidence.

Qualifications:

• Experience in early childhood education, with a focus on creating engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
