We’re a family in Point Breeze looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for our 6-month-old son through May 2027. Start date: October 19 preferred. Can be pushed back to November 2 for the right candidate. Schedule: M-TH, 30 guaranteed hours/week. Most days will be 9 AM-4/5 PM, with occasional longer days (as early as 7:30 AM or as late as 6 PM). Exact hours vary with our work schedules, but we will provide the schedule at least one month in advance! Responsibilities include feeding, naps, playtime, walks/outings, age-appropriate developmental activities, and light baby-related tasks such as washing bottles and tidying up after him. We’re looking for someone with INFANT-CARE EXPERIENCE who is nurturing, dependable, communicative, a nonsmoker, comfortable with pets (1 cat in home), and CPR/first-aid certified or willing to become certified. Reliable transportation/commuting arrangements to Point Breeze are a must. Compensation: $26–30/hour depending on experience, with guaranteed hours, paid time off, and legal W-2 employment.
