ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 after serving as a military officer and spending 20 years with Pfizer, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and teamwork into agency ownership. I attended Hampton University and am married with an adult son. Giving back is important to me, and I stay active through Kappa Alpha Psi and involvement within the local community. Our team of four works closely together in an environment built on trust, open communication, and operating in “truth and love.”

As a Customer Service Representative with Devon Mack State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
