They are seeking a Tax Senior to join a team of highly motivated staff. The successful Tax Senior will have high ethical standards and make an impact on day one. Performance Expectations for the Tax Senior:
- Preparation of complex returns with minimal supervision
- Review of Intern and Staff returns
- Develop client relationships
- Attend CPE and eventually conduct your own CPE to present to the team
Experience/Qualifications for the Tax Senior:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
- Master of Science and Taxation degree (highly desirable)
- CPA Certificate preferred
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in public accounting.
- Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
- Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation for the Tax Senior:
- Bonus for completing CPA while employed & Becker study materials reimbursement
- Flexible schedule
- 401k w/ match, 4 weeks of PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, Bonus PTO eligibility earnings, ½ day Summer Friday’s
