Job description
Bring your energy and leadership skills to Papa John's! As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in running our restaurant, ensuring that every customer enjoys delicious pizza and an outstanding experience. $16 - $19 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience in the food service industry.
  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
