Summary Responsible to carry out accounting tasks related to the actual efficient maintenance as well as processing of Company’s Accounts Payable transactions Responsibilities: Inventory Payables Bank Reconciliations A/R invoice entry and payment recording A/R monthly statements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. 1+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role. Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Skills: Microsoft Dynamics or Navision Proficient Strong attention to detail Extremely organized. Responsible Good work ethic Good attitude and willingness to work as a team. Workplace: Miami/FL
