We've just celebrated our 40th anniversary in 2021, and the Farmer Boys family continues to grow.Job Summary As a Shift Leader you will provide oversight to Team Members in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager. Coach, direct, recognize outstanding behavior, and establish priorities for Team Members during their shift. Train Team Members on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards. Opening and/or closing the restaurant. Create and ensure superior guest experiences.
