Position Summary The Ila Faye Miller School of Nursing & Health Professions invites part-time faculty candidates for Instructor, Kinesiology, Sport Management, and Wellness. This position will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in respective areas. Note that part-time faculty are assigned for one term at a time. In all matters, faculty are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional ethics consistent with the UIW Mission. Official duties and responsibilities of part-time faculty members at the University include teaching and professional activities as assigned.
This applicant pool will remain online and be used to hire interested part-time faculty in designated areas as needed during the 2026-2027 academic year. Qualifications Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Required Education Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Sport Management, or relevant field. Required Work Experience At least two (2) years of relevant professional experience in associated discipline. Preferred Qualifications
Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations Certification in a respective area of Kinesiology, Sport Management, or Wellness. Work Hours Based on course assignment. Physical Demands Typical for faculty in this discipline.
