Central Massachusetts Orthodontic Associates in Worcester, MA is actively seeking a full-time Orthodontic Assistant / Dental Assistant to join our team. We provide our full-time employees with a great benefits package, including vacation time after one year. Additionally, we offer our full-time and part-time employees a clothing allowance. We have four state-of-the-art offices in Worcester, Spencer, Maynard and Auburn. Providing quality care for people of all ages, we offer metal braces, clear braces, and Invisalign. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT / DENTAL ASSISTANTAs an Orthodontic Assistant / Dental Assistant, you take great care of our patients. Without you, we can't get our work done! Your warm and friendly demeanor helps to calm our more anxious patients, putting them at ease and ensuring a positive experience. You take x-rays and keep accurate records. You make it a priority to communicate clearly with both patients and parents as you explain orthodontic care and answer questions. You are a valued part of our team and you love interacting with our patients both young and old! QUALIFICATIONSMA licensedX-ray certifiedAble to travel between our 4 officesOrthodontic experience is preferred, but we will consider many factors. Are you adaptable and enthusiastic? Can you easily establish a good rapport with people? Are you self-motivated and able to work independently? If yes, we want to meet you! WORK SCHEDULEThis position typically works 4 or 5 days a week. The regular hours are 8 am - 5 pm on Monday - Thursday, and 8 am - 4 pm on Friday.
