Schlesinger’s Steakhouse is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher / Utility Team Member to help keep our busy kitchen running smoothly.

This is an important role for someone who likes to stay active, takes pride in keeping things clean, and understands that a great kitchen depends on everyone doing their part.

We need someone who shows up on time, keeps moving, takes initiative, and gets the job done without constant reminders. If you have a strong work ethic and are willing to pitch in wherever needed, we want you on our team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Keep dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils clean and sanitized.
• Keep the dish area organized and prevent dirty dishes from piling up.
• Return clean dishes and supplies where the kitchen team can easily access them.
• Handle trash, recycling, floor cleaning, and other utility duties.
• Keep floors and work areas clean, safe, and free of clutter.
• Stay ahead of the workload and jump in when other areas need attention.
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and food-safety procedures.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and ready for every service.

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
