Join Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC today.Responsibilities: The Systems Analyst will support Barrow Wise's State of Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) project and perform the following duties:Serve as a computer systems expert on assignments that typically involve establishing automated systems concerned with overall life cycle structure. Conduct feasibility studies from design, implementation, and post-implementation evaluation from several possible approaches. Design criteria must be established to accommodate changes in legislation, mission, or functional program requirements.An ideal candidate has the following: U.S. CitizenshipBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology systems analysis.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the design of business applications on complex IT systems.
