PT Volleyball Referee

The City of O'Fallon is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Part-Time Volleyball Referee for our Recreational Volleyball League. This position involves refereeing league matches for 1-6 hours per week Wednesday and Thursday evenings, ensuring games are conducted in a fair, safe, and enjoyable manner.Key Responsibilities:Officiate volleyball matches according to program rules and set-up procedures.Monitor and enforce game regulations to promote sportsmanship and safetymunicate effectively with parents, coaches, and players to address questions or concerns.Collaborate with the Recreation Department team to maintain a smooth operation of the league.Qualifications:Previous experience as a volleyball referee, with knowledge of recreational volleyball rules and set-up proceduresfortable engaging with parents, coaches, and players in a professional and approachable manner.Valid Missouri State driver's license.Availability to work evenings as required.How to Apply: Does this sound like the opportunity for you?
