Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, mobility, and transfers Building meaningful relationships through conversation, companionship, and engagement Monitoring residents for changes in condition and promptly communicating concerns to nursing and leadership Accurately documenting care and observations Assisting during meals and encouraging proper nutrition and hydration Supporting residents with activities, outings, and social engagement Maintaining clean, comfortable resident apartments including light housekeeping and laundry assistance Promoting a safe, welcoming environment for residents, families, and fellow team members Upholding resident rights and providing person-centered care every day We're Looking For People Who...

Have a genuine passion for serving seniors Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team Are dependable, compassionate, and positive Communicate professionally with residents, families, and coworkers Take pride in providing exceptional customer service Qualifications Preferred:

• CNA certification or previous experience working with older adults in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or another long-term care setting Required: Current CPR & First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain) Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to obtain any required state certifications Ability to learn vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respirations, temperature, oxygen saturation) Annual continuing education as required Basic computer skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation Employment is contingent upon successfully completing: Pre-employment physical Drug screening TB testing Criminal background clearance Schedule Flexible Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
• Must be available to work assigned shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays.
