If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing complex projects, and want your work to directly contribute to innovative health solutions, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs our Clinical Research Coordinator, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research studies that support product innovation, scientific validation, and educational initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external research partners to ensure studies are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.Your ImpactLead Clinical Research StudiesCoordinate clinical research studies from startup through closeoutAssist with study design, protocol development, and implementationPartner with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), investigators, laboratories, and academic institutionsMonitor study progress and proactively resolve issues that impact timelines or qualityDrive Project SuccessDevelop project timelines, budgets, and study documentationCoordinate activities across multiple departments and external partnersTrack milestones and communicate progress to stakeholdersManage multiple research projects while balancing competing prioritiesSupport Study ParticipantsCoordinate participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, scheduling, and follow-upEnsure informed consent is completed according to ethical and regulatory standardsMaintain participant confidentiality and accurate study recordsManage Clinical DataOversee data collection, validation, and organizationEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)Perform quality reviews and assist with data analysisMaintain organized, audit-ready study documentationEnsure Regulatory ComplianceMaintain compliance with GCP, IRB requirements, and applicable regulationsSupport protocol amendments, adverse event reporting, and regulatory submissionsPrepare for internal and external auditsCommunicate Research FindingsServe as the primary contact for assigned clinical studiesPrepare study updates, presentations, and research summariesPresent project progress to leadership and cross-functional teamsWhat You'll BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Clinical Research, Biological Sciences, Healthcare, Public Health, Nursing, or a related scientific fieldMinimum one year of clinical research or clinical study coordination experienceExperience managing projects involving multiple stakeholdersStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelAI acumen and the ability to leverage emerging technologies to improve efficiencyExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsTwo or more years of clinical research experienceCCRC or CCRP certificationExperience working with CROs, IRBs, or regulated clinical environmentsExperience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) or Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)Experience in the nutraceutical, supplement, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industryExperience working in a growing, entrepreneurial companyCertified phlebotomistComfortable handling and processing human biologic specimensWhy You'll Love Working HereAt Quicksilver Scientific, science, innovation, and collaboration drive everything we do.
