- Description : * This client seeks a Contracts Manager to manage and work within a team and to be responsible for procurement and various procurement activities for our client base. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : • Manage required reporting to Client • Perform contract research and address Client queries around IT Agreements • Negotiate business terms on behalf of Client for a broad range of technology agreements, including hardware, software, and services • Overall responsibility of Contract Management on an ongoing basis, including review and collection of required documentation, approval routing, and confirmation of contract compliance with Client standards • Potentially review, negotiate, and initiate contracts directly with Service Providers on behalf of Client REQUIREMENTS : • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s or JD preferred • Minimum of 3-5 years of technology contract negotiation and management or strategic sourcing experience in large corporate setting, including review and drafting • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details • High Level of expertise in Microsoft (Office, PowerPoint, Excel) • Financial analytic and business case experience is a plus • Excellent organization, strong written / verbal communications and writing styles, with an eye for detail. *Skills : * Procurement, contract negotiation, contract management, Project management *Top Skills Details : * Procurement,contract negotiation,contract management,Project management *Additional Skills & Qualifications : * procurement purchasing budget analysis *Experience Level : * Intermediate Level About TEKsystems : We're partners in transformation.
