It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.

Crumbl Cookies is looking to hire a Store Manager to join their team!
Manager Responsibilities
● Successfully managing all aspects of store business operations.
● Ensure the 3 C's of Crumbl are met: Cookie Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness
● Ensure we never run out of cookies, that cookies are dressed and prepared properly, and that every customer leaves the store with a big smile!
● Order ingredients and other supplies for the store.
● Maintain and create weekly schedule.
● Maintaining knowledge and skills for baker and driver positions and fills in as necessary
● Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities
● Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
● Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed
● Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient techniques and strategies
● Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
● Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive
● Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties
● Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
● Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
Previous experience managing others required * High School Diploma, preferred * Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles * Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills * Time and project management skills * Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solutions and strategies * Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members
