• Diseño del proyecto según planos y especificaciones.
• Coordinar la preparación de productos de yeso con los capataces laborales.
• Mezcle y prepare materiales de enlucido / EIFS.
• Transporte y transferencia de material.
• Coordinar la puesta en escena del material.
• Mida, corte e instale el sustrato EIFS.
• Instale mallas, nivelando capas y acabados para EIFS.
• Instale sistemas de yeso de múltiples pasos en las estructuras exteriores e interiores.
• Limpiar, proteger, mover material, herramientas y equipos.
• Erigir y desmontar andamios.
• Calcule los costos unitarios en función de la cantidad de material instalado, las horas trabajadas y la mano de obra.
• Asistir y participar en todos los programas de capacitación requeridos por la compañía.
• Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.
• Otras tareas asignadas.
Los requisitos incluyen:
• Capacidad para levantar / transportar hasta 120 libras.
• Debe poder subir escaleras / andamios.
• Requiere subir escaleras de hasta 40 escalones / hora (8 horas).
• Debe poder alcanzar desde el piso hasta arriba.
• Requiere la asunción repetitiva de la postura para acceder a un punto (80 pulgadas) desde el piso hasta (400 / día).
• Debe poder pararse.
• Requiere tolerancia a la postura de pie hasta (4 h) continuamente, por un total de hasta (8 h) por (8 h día).
• Requiere visión (cercana / lejana / profundidad / color).
• Debe poder caminar.
• Requiere caminar hasta (3000.0 pies), en (1 día).
• Debe poder levantar / transportar una bolsa de herramientas de 50 lb hacia arriba y hacia abajo 3 escaleras por 5 minutos. período.
• Debe poder operar con seguridad la pistola de tornillo, el rotozip, el martillo, la cuchilla y la cinta métrica entre 15x-50x por hora.
