ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We launched our agency in 2014 and are now a thriving team of 10, with even more growth on the horizon! In 2026, we designed and built an office space that reflects who we are—a team that values both hard work and having a great time together. (Pro tip: ask for a tour of our garage!)

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ryan Vanderveen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
