Summary of Experience:

• No previous experience is required but any experience as a barista or with milkshakes, smoothies, and boba teas will be a benefit!

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation, and be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including milkshakes, bubble teas, smoothies, slushies, cold brew coffee, and espresso while adhering to standard recipes or customizing according to customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at all times by engaging with and understanding our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including workstations and customer seating areas, kitchen, restrooms, and front of shop.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships with teammates and quickly connect with customers by always being friendly and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
