Job description

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is an FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico.

For over 40 years, La Clinica has provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico.

Non-Exempt $21.05 Job Summary:

  • The Behavioral Management Specialist is responsible providing direct services to those individuals on their case load. In addition, behavior management specialist is responsible for referring clients to appropriate services.

  • Maintains confidentiality and discretion as a rule.
  • Models respect, understanding and appreciation for all people.
  • Exhibits skills in comprehending interpreting and supporting positions of the organization.
  • Ability to succeed in and contribute to a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure without losing sight of objectives.
  • Must be able to work as a team and communicate effectively with others.

Job Requirements:
