Booking appointments and moving clients through the pipeline consistently
Attending live coaching sessions that sharpen your skills every week

Closing transactions and building a reputation that generates referrals over time

Qualifications:
Real Estate license or close to getting it.
Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal goals.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills to maintain and update client databases regularly.
Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new software tools as needed.
