Note, this position is in the construction industry. You either need construction related experience or a CPA.

Overview: The Controller will assist with developing scalable processes and provide oversite of AP, AR, Payroll, G/L, and Reporting.

What you will do:

• Provide mentorship and development to small accounting team
• Manage AR, AP, and Payroll activities
• Prepare monthly financials and financial reporting
• Revenue recognition and cash management
• Coordinate with external tax and audit companies

What you will have:

• B.S. in Accounting or related
• CPA (or Construction related industry experience)
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Advanced software skills
